If you are feeling bad about yourself, go to Hennes. They treat you like royalty and make you feel special. I am not sure if you can walk out of this store without a smile on your face if you interact with their staff. I had some issues with my vintage Rolex. Due to the age of the timepiece, I had several issues over the course of 12 months. It was not Henne's or Rolex's vault with the successive issues, it was just due to the piece pushing 40 years. The whole way through they were helpful, empathetic and supportive. They gave me advice on how to handle the issues to preserve my pieces value and to make it look the best. When the third issue happened with my timepiece they did the repairs for free even though it was not their fault and due to age of the the piece but they felt for me in my struggle. I did not even buy this Rolex their but they treated me like I was their number 1 customer. In addition, to their service I chose to come here because the owner is a leader in the community and gives back his time and money to so many great causes. They have made me a customer for life.
