I've been going to this studio for a few months now and I absolutely love it. The teachers are all very knowledgeable and supportive. The studio itself is beautiful and has a calming atmosphere. The classes are challenging but also leave you feeling relaxed and at peace. My Health Yoga is definitely the best yoga studio I've been to.
