I called trying to get my medical records and Sandy in the records department was probably the rudest person I have ever spoken to in a medical setting. Immediately after stating that I was calling to obtain my medical records, she stated What are you doing. In a VERY rude tone. I stated, I m sorry? And again she basically yelled into the phone WHAT ARE YOU DOING. I stated, again, that I needed my records for my primary care. The rest is irrelevant but seriously, this place needs to retrain their staff and maybe invest in some customer service classes.
