I had an average experience with Pantechs laboratories inc. While their website provided adequate information about their products and services, I felt that there was room for improvement in terms of user-friendliness and design. The team was helpful to some extent, but I didn't feel that they fully understood my requirements. The end result was satisfactory, but I expected more from a company of their caliber.
