Never heard of this company till few days ago when...

Never heard of this company till few days ago when i got a letter to pay a fee to UPS. First off what company does not have a working phone number, i called few times to get this figured out but the phone call will ring once, beeps there times and the call will end.

Another problem i have is the letter says Montreal Quebec yet the website says something else, other websites says other addresses. The website has no canada info, it ask for zip code, there is no Ontario in the list.

i ended up calling UPS and payed through the phone, i got the statement on my bank. I just think that i will later on keep getting emails or letters and calls from these guys, i seen lot of reviews that people still getting letters even tho they payed the fee through UPS.

Well i will see what happens next, but for sure this company needs better support, fix the phone lines so people can call you that would be a good start
