Katherine Allen was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when I visited. She absolutely insisted on my spending time on each mattress I was considering l, as well as positioning the pillows in the way I am used to sleeping/sitting. Her suggestions really helped me make an informed decision. She also assisted in getting My delivery scheduled a week earlier than the original date given! I am very satisfied and look forward to shopping there in the future.
