Platinum Life has NO Customer Service!!
With such BAD Customer Service, how can they ever be trusted!!!
Eager to get a clients bank details & shower them with cheap gifts, but when you need them, there is no-one except for an automated 72hr email!!!
I've been wasting my money each month paying for a policy I'll never be able to use... thanks for nothing!
