As a CUSTOMER, I have been using Servicepoint australia pty ltd for a while now and I must say that they provide a decent service. The website servicepoint.com.au is easy to use and the prices are reasonable. However, there have been a few instances where I faced issues with their customer support. They took a long time to respond and were not very helpful. Overall, I would rate them as average.
