It started very well. Thinking and solution-oriented, etc., etc. But then the misery started. Predatory work, sloppy, forgetting things, quotation was not right (they didn't even notice themselves), did not comply with agreements, shifted responsibility and a whole lot more. Finally after 6 months it is ready but not to my satisfaction.
