We recently used the services of an event planning company for our corporate gathering. The whole experience was just average. The communication was lacking, and it felt like they didn't really understand what we wanted for our event. While they were able to pull off the necessary arrangements, the overall execution was not up to par. We expected more attention to detail and a personalized touch. It's a shame because the company had good reviews, but our experience was quite underwhelming.
