I am so grateful to be a part of Kyokushin Penha/Liberdade. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive. They create a positive and motivating environment that encourages growth and progress. The training sessions are intense but also enjoyable. I have noticed significant improvements in my physical fitness, strength, and self-defense skills since joining the academy. Highly recommended!
