As a long-time customer of Teletracker, I have to say I'm a bit disappointed with their service. While they have some good features, there are definitely areas that need improvement. The website is outdated and needs a major overhaul. Customer support is slow to respond and doesn't always provide helpful solutions. I hope Teletracker takes customer feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements.
