The woman that calls customers for collection is very rude. She says what she wants and then hangs up. They ran our credit after calling us about trying out some tools. We haven t even been home to open the box let alone send them back. We drive over the road and are never home. We told her we haven t had the time to send them back yet and she cut us off saying WELL YOU NEED TO FIND THE TIME OKAY! She then hung up without giving us the chance to say we are on the road and haven t even been home to get the shipment. She then refuses to answer the call back and just keeps hanging up the phone when she picks it up without even answering. This went on for several calls. Rude woman that needs to get a job doing what she likes because this job is not for her. When we get home the box will be returned and better believe we will never use this company. They cold called us about tools, ran our credit without permission and then sent tools out that we don t even know what s in the box. BE WARE!!! The owner might try to call us because this problem needs to be resolved. Next will be the BBB.
