📞🌐⚡️🙌 Decided to give Ftc telecom a try after hearing about their fast internet speeds. The website was easy to navigate and sign-up process was simple. However, I encountered some issues with the connection stability. The internet speed was good when it was working, but disruptions were frequent. 🌧️☁️💔 Customer service was responsive and tried to help solve the problem, but the issue persisted. 😞📞💬 The technicians were polite and arrived on time for the appointments, but unfortunately, they couldn't find a permanent solution. The pricing, however, was reasonable. Overall, the experience was average, with frustrations over the connection reliability. 🤷‍♀️🌐⏳ In the end, I had to switch to a different provider to get a hassle-free internet connection.
