I recently worked with Ontrack Designs Staso Ontrackd and I must say, it was an average experience. The communication was okay, but I expected better quality work. The designers were responsive, but the final product didn't meet my expectations. I believe they can improve and deliver better results if they pay more attention to detail and put more effort into their work.
