I recently used the services of this company to improve my credit score and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided some helpful information about credit management. The company offered different credit repair packages, but I found them to be quite pricey considering the results were not outstanding. The customer service was decent, although at times it took a bit longer to receive a response to my inquiries. While they did manage to remove some negative items from my credit report, it wasn't as significant an improvement as I had hoped for.
