I had a pretty average experience with Re/max renaissance realty. The agents were helpful, but nothing exceptional. The website, homeisyourcastle.com, was user-friendly and easy to navigate but lacked some additional features that would have been helpful in my search. Overall, I would say my experience was satisfactory.
