I recently used the services of Studio2g Architects for my construction project and I would rate my overall experience as average. The company website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about their services. However, I found the communication with the team to be somewhat lacking. It often took longer than expected to receive responses to my inquiries, which resulted in delays in the project timeline. Additionally, I feel that they could have been more proactive in providing design suggestions and creative solutions to the challenges we faced. On the positive side, the team was professional and knowledgeable, delivering the expected architectural plans within the promised timeframe. While Studio2g Architects is a decent choice for architectural services, there are certainly areas where they could improve to provide a more exceptional customer experience.
