I recently hired Engenorte Rio for a project and overall, I found their services to be average. The company website was easy to navigate, allowing me to find the necessary information about their engineering services. However, I was a bit disappointed with the customer service I received. The response time to my inquiries was average, and there were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a satisfactory response. In terms of the actual project, the team delivered it within the agreed-upon timeline, which was commendable. However, I felt that the quality of the work could have been better, as there were a few minor errors that needed to be corrected. Overall, Engenorte Rio provided an average experience, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of communication and attention to detail.
