DO NOT GO HERE!!! The worst experience of my life, on top of my dog already being put down. They deceive people with their pricing (pamphlet says jewelry starts at $45, I actually starts at $175). They told me they can do an ink print but then told me they couldn t only AFTER they had already cremated my dog, so I couldn t figure out a different way to do it. They act like they don t know anything that s going on and they have no idea what happens in this process. Their communication is so vague and complicated. They forgot my baby s blanket and when I called back they said they found it and they would launder it, which I wanted it to not be. But they had already started. Just so frustrating and annoying. I hate that this was the process I had to deal with when letting my baby go. Do not fall in their trap! Go to some other place that actually cares.
