Friendly & helpful staffs, hotel is very clean, very close to Opera House & public transport (ferry, train, light rails, & buses). Many restaurants & cafes to choose from (very close to Getaway food court). One of the best spot in CBD, Circular Quay is very safe, and quiet at night. Bed is very comfortable too, especially love the 2 pillows (soft & hard). During Corona pandemic, hotel reception was very kind to give free room upgrade.
