Very helpful right off the bat. Had an air compressor from the 70 s that there was no literature to get part info. Everything was worn away. Called Lans company and Rich sent out his guy Steve to go over the equipment with me and see what we could come up with for a parts list, completely free of charge. Steve showed up on time and called me the day before to verify our appointment. We went through air compressor and Steve had me a a parts list on the thing within a week. Everything I needed to know about the thing. Great guys that just want to help you the best way they can. Thank you Rich and Steve for all the help!
