The representative came to give a quote, and everything was great at that point. Normally, before the job starts, I would get a call the day before to confirm paint colors etc. I never got a call. The crew (Hispanic man & woman) came to the job and we had a very hard time communicating. I had to call the project manager directly so he could relay info to the crew. We had specifically pointed out a corner that the paint had cracked and they would have to sand down beforehand, but when the job was done, it was clear they just painted over it. After the job, the project manager or anyone for that matter never followed up. The painting was not done well and a 2nd crew had to be called out to fix it. We were never called with any issues we had. Ultimately, we were left with an ok job and paint on light fixtures and splattered on our tub. Wouldn t use them again! Just a little communication would have gone a long way!
