I had a mixed experience with LIFEMATTERS AT WILLOW RUN. While some of the caregivers were exceptional and provided excellent care, others seemed disinterested and lacked professionalism. The inconsistency in the quality of service was disappointing. However, when the care was good, it was truly great. Overall, I would recommend the company but advise potential clients to be mindful of the variations in caregiver performance.
