Uplift is amazing! This studio welcoming, clean and offers a handful of great classes that are not only a great workout, but also fun. The smaller class sizes allow you to get to know the instructors, who pay close attention to each person to ensure everyone is doing everything correctly and safely, offering usually 1-2 modification per move. Highly recommend!
