J. Johnson at 645H st. NW is very rude. Her customer service is horrible ! I experienced her service several times before 10am and she examples a disrespectful manner with her tone, body language and unprofessional language. J. Johnson has used profanity, went back and forth with staff, and visitors.
She is stationed at the front door And it s not working/
She is giving the company a bad name.
