I recently used the services of open-sensing.org to develop a sensor-based project. The website was easy to navigate, and I found a good selection of sensors and components. However, I found the customer support to be lacking. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiries, and some of my questions were not fully answered. Additionally, the delivery time for the components was longer than I had anticipated. While the products themselves were of good quality, the overall experience left something to be desired. I hope the company can improve its customer support and delivery times in the future to provide a better experience for its customers.
