I purchased a 2012 Fusion in August of 2012 and was very satisfied with the quality of service that I was provided. I went into the car buying process with two cars in mind either a Fusion or a Focus. After test driving different models of each car I decided on the fusion. My salesman was very helpful in answering all of the questions that I had.

When it came time for financing and the actual purchase of the car, it was a very easy process. The wait for the approval of the financing was not long at all, I think with test driving and purchasing I was maybe at the dealership for 2 hours. My salesman actually let me leave the dealership with my new car before we had completely finished the sale. I had to provide some proof of income, which I did not have that documentation on me; but I also had a previous engagement to get to. Luke let me take the car to the event I was attending and then let me come back later that day with my paperwork. Once returning with my paperwork, he made some copies, we signed some papers - had my final questions answered, and I was on my way.

Luke was also very helpful in following up with me if I had any issues with the car. I think he truly wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with every aspect of the vehicle.

I recommend Apple Ford to any of my friends who are looking to purchase a Ford.
