I had a mixed experience with Owiwi:hire once. While the platform itself is easy to navigate and the assessments are helpful, I found the customer support to be lacking. It took a while to get a response, and when I did, it wasn't very helpful. Overall, I think there is room for improvement in terms of customer service.
