My first experience with TSF was truly what any customer would expect as good customer service. I was sending a birthday arrangement to our daughter-in-law for her BD. I viewed the BD arrangements online and called and placed my order with Nancy. Nancy was very pleasant and delightful in receiving my order, and understanding the timeliness of the delivery, which needed to be done before 9AM. Nancy assured me on the date I scheduled the arrangement, it would be delivered between 8 - 8:30AM - and they were. Not only was the delivery on time, but they were as beautiful as they were on the website. Our daughter-in-law was totally surprised when the flowers arrived, and she loved them! She raved at how beautiful they were. She sent pics to show us.
