I recently stayed at a hotel in the city and it was a terrible experience. The staff were rude and unhelpful, the room was dirty and smelled bad. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Thankfully, I found Hotel de romana and it was a breath of fresh air. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable. I had a great experience overall and would definitely stay here again.
