I ordered soccer club merchandise. A few of the items were out of stock and I received a back order notice when the in stock items arrived. Today I received one of the back ordered items and they substituted a size small for a size medium. The $80 jacket is too big for anyone to wear it. There was a hand written note on the remaining back ordered item that the small sweatshirt was out of stock and I will be receiving a medium on April 4/17. I left a message for a return call, I was not able to find an email on their website. Typically when a company is out of the item that you order they will cancel the order, not send items that you didn t order. I m hoping someone will contact me to resolve this very disappointing customer experience. I would like to return the jacket and cancel the sweatshirt order since the items won t fit.
