I have been a customer of Bgo Records for several years now, and overall I would rate my experience as average. While they have a decent selection of music, their prices can be a little high compared to other online record stores. The customer service is alright, but I've had a few instances where my questions and concerns were not adequately addressed. They could definitely improve in that area. Overall, I would say Bgo Records is a decent option if you're looking for hard-to-find vinyl, but there are better options out there.
