I recently had a below average experience with Mic-Mac, INC. The website, thenypr.com, could use some improvements in terms of user-friendliness. While the customer service team was responsive, the delivery of my product was delayed. However, the product itself was of good quality. I believe Mic-Mac, INC has the potential to improve their services and provide a better experience to their customers.
