Unbelievable ongoing experience with Dr. Nupur... I went for review after following her plan for 2 months... In fact I DID NOT do the exercises as advised by Dr. Nupur & also the second month consumption was disturbed due to frequent travels... There was a holistic improvement irrespective of my miss outs and my acidity was gone completely... My waist circumference was reduced by 11 cms & weight by 3.4 kgs.... Now i am motivated to be more dedicated from my side... I also thank Dr. Nupur for her regular follow ups....
