This company used to be really great, but lately the quality has drastically declined. It takes them three days to get back to you regarding a simple issue (they used to get back to you that day or the very next at the latest). If they miss you, they then say it's up to you to contact them - which begins a cycle of email "tag" of trying to get your issue fixed. Some of them are very professional and good at their jobs; most do not pay enough attention to detail or perform their jobs in a timely manner. It is regarded as a relatively inexpensive company; however, the company I work for pays way too much for them to give this sort of service. I'd say spend more and get better service elsewhere.
