My experience with Carpetisle flooring america was average. The range of flooring options they offer is decent, but I had some issues with the installation process. The installers arrived late and it took longer than expected to complete the installation. The customer service was responsive and addressed my concerns, but the overall experience was not as smooth as I had hoped. Nevertheless, the end result is satisfactory, but there is room for improvement.
