I have been a customer of Benchmark Asset Managers, LLC for several years now and I must say, their service has been average at best. While they have managed to provide decent returns on my investments, their communication and responsiveness could use some improvement. Overall, I wouldn't say I'm thrilled with their service, but I haven't had any major issues either.
