I have been using Kleantech Engineering Systems - India services for the past few months, and I must say it has been an average experience overall. The products they offer are of good quality, but the customer service needs improvement. The response time is quite slow, and sometimes it takes multiple follow-ups to get a resolution. I hope they work on improving their customer service and become great at it.
