Terrible. Badly fitted door

Terrible. The door and fitting cost me over £1600 and it doesn’t shut or open properly, it’s misaligned, I’ve had to buy a new handle and fit it myself. I contacted Bicester UPVC and asked them if they could come out and adjust the door but they said they couldn’t do that unless I paid an additional amount which was a few hundred pounds. Some days the door is completely stuck and I have to use brute force to get it open, not great if I had to get my family out in a fire! Don’t use this company, they are terrible!
