I attended several training programs provided by Singapore training & development association (STADA) and I must say that the experience was average. The trainers were knowledgeable but the sessions lacked interactivity. It would have been great if there were more opportunities for hands-on practice. Overall, the courses provided a good foundation in the subject matter.
