I had an average experience with Purplesnow groepsreizen wintersport. The trip was decent overall, but there were a few issues that bothered me. The booking process was smooth, but the customer service was not very helpful when I had questions. The accommodation was average, nothing special. The skiing experience was good, but the ski instructors could have been more attentive. Overall, I would say it was an average trip.
