I had high hopes for International trade transaction solution but I must say I am disappointed. The platform lacks some key features that I was expecting. The user interface is not very intuitive and it took me a while to figure things out. However, the customer support team was helpful in resolving my queries. Overall, it's an average trade transaction solution.
