I will never return to this dealership. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived half an hour early and informed them that I would wait. I was told that there was a vehicle ahead of me and that was okay
Afterall, I was early. My appointment time came and passed and I continued to wait patiently....for an hour and a half! I decided to inquire about the status of my truck and was told they STILL had not serviced my truck! I then demanded the return of my truck and they asked for an additional 20 minutes, which I refused! During the hour and a half that I was waiting, NOBODY extended the courtesy to inform me about the delay, and GIVE me the option to reschedule
I will PUSH my truck past this dealership instead of stopping there again!
