I recently attended a baking class and it was a fantastic experience. The instructors were friendly and knowledgeable, and they made sure to explain everything clearly. The only thing I didn't like was how cramped the workspace was. It was difficult to move around and it made the class a bit uncomfortable. However, the quality of instruction made up for it and I still had a great time. I would definitely consider taking another class at Bakery Institute in the future.
