The woman who answers the phones for compliance is just awful and the most unprofessional. Had a simple question, she refused to help me or even offer to find someone who could. This built my frustration, so I asked a pointed question. She then called me dude, asked why I was yelling (I wasn t) and told me she couldn t help me and hung up on me.

She also called me dude multiple times as if I owned a ranch or was a ninja turtle.

With this kind of hospitality and service, I can see why people are running from your party. I d put someone else, maybe with some customer service experience on the phone.
