I had an average experience with Cellex. The biomedical components I purchased were decent quality, but I had some issues with the delivery. It took longer than expected, and the package arrived slightly damaged. The customer service team was helpful in resolving the issue, but it was still an inconvenience. I hope they improve their logistics for better customer experience.
