I've used the services of a few companies similar to Widgenie in the past, and I have to say that my experience with Widgenie was just okay. The website was fairly easy to use, but I found the customer support to be a bit lacking. It took a while to get a response to my questions, and when I did get a response, it wasn't very helpful. I also felt that the prices were a bit high compared to other similar services.
