After receiving poor quality business cards and collateral after ordering from an online website, I was introduced to a local printing company 'Avonlea Labels' for my printing needs in early 2014. I sent them my original artworks and logo, and they explained to me that it was not suitable as the pixel quality of the images I had sent were not high enough. Their in house designers managed to duplicate my artworks to make it suitable for printing. The customer service was both punctual and personal.
