I have been a customer of Matson Matters, LLC for several years now and I must say, their service is just average. While their prices are reasonable and the delivery is on time most of the time, I have encountered a few instances where there were delays or issues with my shipments. However, their customer service team is always quick to respond and resolve any problems that arise, which is a plus. Overall, I would say they are an average company.
